Another sleepless night as Russia targets Kyiv residential zones
It seems Moscow has decided that hitting regular apartment blocks is the new standard strategy for Tuesday.
So, the drones are back over Kyiv. Vitali Klitschko is reporting hits in the Podil and Pechersk districts. One drone slammed into a 16-story apartment building, while another managed to set a warehouse roof on fire.
The air defense has been working overtime, but unfortunately, residential buildings are once again on the receiving end of the debris and direct impacts. The emergency teams are scrambling to put out fires and pull people out of the rubble while the city tries to process yet another day of these terror tactics.
It is almost impressive how much effort goes into ruining people's sleep and property instead of doing literally anything productive.
