Russian glide bombs tear through Sumy: 2 dead and dozens injured

Original version ·

Just another regular day for our lovely neighbors: dropping heavy guided bombs straight on residential streets and kindergartens in Sumy.

A routine afternoon in Sumy got torn apart because someone over the border decided high-explosive guided bombs belong on civilian streets. Two people were killed and 23 injured when Russian aviation slammed multiple strike points across the city.

Among the wounded are four kids, including an 11-month-old baby and two girls aged 8 and 14. Along with demolished private houses and dozens of shattered apartment blocks, the strikes smashed right into two kindergartens, an arts center, and parked cars.

Targeting daycares and residential neighborhoods with massive glide bombs is apparently what constitutes peak military achievement these days.
